From the Publishers, Michelle & Robert Johnson

MichelleAndRober-smallerIn January 2000, we took on this wonderful journey of publishing the Wacoan, Waco’s magazine. Since then, our city has changed and so has our magazine, but some aspects have remained the same. We’re still a locally owned publication, and we still work to tell the stories of people whose personalities, achievements and experiences contribute to our community’s unique character. And as Waco continues to evolve, we strive to serve as the pulse of this city, bringing you the untold stories that define our community.

This monthly magazine is just a glimpse of what the Wacoan has to offer our readers. Visit our website, www.wacoan.com, to view more photos from our Guest List events, connect with our favorite writers and access our online advertiser directories for Health & Medical, Beauty & Bridal, Downtown, Education, Home and Shop Waco. You can also connect with us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/theWACOAN), Instagram (www.instagram.com/wacoan), Pinterest (www.pinterest.com/thewacoan) and Twitter (@wacoan).

We invite you to contact us with suggestions, story ideas, comments or complaints by emailing us at michelle@wacoan.com and robert@wacoan.com.
