Bosque Arts Center

Home to all Facets of the Visual and Performing Arts

The Bosque Arts Center (BAC) is home to all facets of the visual and performing arts. The non-profit organization and its subgroups host a variety of activities: concerts, community theater, workshops, culinary events, literary meetings, live auctions and youth day camps. Larry Gatlin, in concert on July 22, is one of the many famed entertainers to perform at the venue. The center also boasts an impressive art collection built by three decades of a nationally renowned art show and sale. The BAC hosts photo, quilt, and songwriting competitions as well. Deemed “an outstanding example of a community art center in a rural area” by the Texas Commission on the Arts, the BAC consists of a three-story complex (available for rentals) which houses an art gallery, two performance and event venues, classrooms, commercial kitchen, pottery studio and gift shop.
