Layer on the trends! This fall we’ve put together four distinct looks inspired by some favorite fashion trends. Find classic items with unique elements, like a black blazer with bell-style sleeves in our version of menswear-inspired womenswear, as well as statement pieces, like a robe-inspired jacket in our take on a monochromatic look. Outfits featuring bold prints, plaids and checkers round out the lineup. We asked four professional women to model these trends and share with us some insights into their personal styles. Personalize each look with different clothing, jewelry and accessory options as well. Every item you see was selected from a local boutique, so mark your favorite items and go #ShopWaco.

Checkers & Plaid

This classic print is back, cooler than ever and easy to style. Go all out with a checkered top and bottom, or use it as an accent with an accessory.

Q: If you won a shopping spree to any Waco store, which one would you pick and why?

A: I would probably go to Spice Village. They just have everything all in one place.

Q: Besides your wallet, keys and phone, what are three items that you always carry in your bag?

A: Snacks, wipes and a bottle of water.

Q: Go-to accessory?

A: It’s probably my backpack diaper bag at this point.

Monochromatic

Monochrome doesn’t have to be monotone – take advantage of a simple color palette by adding statement jewelry and accessories.
