If you’ve read my 12 Days of Christmas article in the latest issue of the Wacoan, then you know how special and fun this holiday is in our home. I’ll do almost anything to keep the magic alive, from our Elves, Jingle and Jangle, to making Santa Watchers for our kids to keep an eye out for the big man in the red suit.
My kids have loved playing with their Santa Watchers all season, and I imagine they’ll be played with even more as we approach Christmas. This DIY was so easy and we even had everything laying around the house to make them.
- Empty rolls of toilet paper
- Leftover wrapping paper
- Leftover ribbons
- Jingle bells
- Hot glue gun
Simply wrap the toilet paper rolls in the wrapping paper then decorate with ribbons. Glue the rolls together and attach a ribbon to go around the neck. Attach some jingle bells for an added touch and voila! The easiest and cutest activity!
