Made with love deep in the heart of Texas using special ingredients from local Waco vendors, Wings of Waco owner and executive chef, Kemar Harris, has crafted the perfect wing. In the military Harris had one mission, to protect this country. Now he has another — to serve Americas best wings. This wasn’t an idea or just another wing shop, it was the birth of Wings of Waco. Harris’s culinary background is skilled, diverse and accomplished with such honors as preparing and cooking three-course meals for many of the nation’s finest presidents. Harris also enjoyed the opportunity to innovate, broaden and sharpen his skills while traveling and working in remote locations such as Alaska and southern states like Florida and Alabama.
