He holds a master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He treated patients and was part of the faculty at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medical School Hospital. He is published in medical journals and books focusing on combining western medicine, acupuncture and herbs to benefit patients. Cui is a valued international educator, teaching in other parts of Asia. More than nine years ago, he came to Waco from a teaching position in Austin where he served as director of clinical and of herbal studies. He was a nationally certified instructor for Clean Needles Technique. Cui has lived, worked as a teacher and treated patients in Texas since 2001. He brings 25 plus years of experience to Waco.
