Susan G. Komen® Central Texas

For Family. For Life.

Susan G. Komen is the world’s largest breast cancer organization, funding more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit while providing real-time help to those facing the disease. Since its founding in 1982, Komen has funded more than $889 million in research and put $1.95 billion back into communities to provide breast health education, screenings and other services. The Central Texas chapter merged with Susan G. Komen® Tyler to form Susan G. Komen® East Central Texas, now serving 17 counties in Texas. Through events like the Komen Central Texas Race for the Cure® and Ride for the Cure®, volunteers help raise funds to offer lifesaving breast health services and fund cutting-edge research to find cures. Susan G. Komen® East Central Texas is passionate about developing relationships with volunteers, donors, event participants, as well as men and women in need. Central Texas Race-October 22 at Heritage Square. For information and registration: www.komeneastcentraltexas.org
