Skate World of Waco presents Sk8ing Camp, a great learning adventure to help your child learn how to skate! Skate World of Waco offers a “kool” place for kids ages 5-12 to learn how to skate or hone their skating skills. There are three week-long sessions of camp: June 5–9, July 10–14 and August 7–11. Camp lasts Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Campers age 9 or older may also stay and skate the afternoon summer skating sessions offered on Tuesday through Friday afternoons from 1–5 p.m. Camp participation is limited to 35 students for personalized attention. On Friday at noon, parents and grandparents are invited to attend Camper Graduation. Camp fee is $100 for the first child and $90 for each additional child. Fee includes daily skating lesson, introduction to roller skating sports, as well as snacks, daily hot lunch, a camp T-shirt, camp picture, a signed certificate and much more.
