Segovia Wine Bar is bringing the art of tapas to Waco. Celebrating the Spanish culture of the Waco native owners, Segovia features a carefully curated list of Portuguese, Spanish and other wines from famous regions that pair perfectly with their selection of small, savory dishes known as tapas for a night out with friends, date night or enjoyed as a special treat. Traditional dishes, including pintxos — bite-sized pieces of sliced baguette topped with fixings such caramelized onion and goat cheese — patatas bravas made with brava sauce and garlic aioli and cocas — artisan flatbreads — offer a variety of flavors to indulge in. Visit for Tapas Tuesday, Wine Wednesday and get 50% glasses on all open bottles until 7 p.m. and brunch served Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
