Providence Hospice – Community Healthcare of Texas offers in-home palliative care for those patients that are managing a terminal diagnosis and continue to receive ongoing medical treatment. The palliative care program allows in-home nurse practitioner and physician visits as well as telehealth access and works closely with your team of physicians.
For patients that are ready for hospice care, Providence Hospice offers services wherever the patient calls home. For patients diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and a life expectancy of fewer than six months, hospice care focuses on pain and symptom management as well as emotional and spiritual support for the entire family.
