In 1917, three lawyers in Waco, Texas created the law firm now presently as Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC. Today, Naman Howell has over 80 lawyers in four Texas locations: Austin, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Waco, serving the needs of local, state and national clients. We invite you to meet the women of the Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee Waco office. Partner Cara M. Chase practices elder law, including Medicaid planning, guardianship, estate planning and probate. She is a frequent lecturer in the community, most recently presenting at the Baylor People’s Law School. Partner Jacqueline Altman’s practice consists of all areas of civil litigation, with a special focus on intellectual property. Partner Kristen A. Mynar practices estate planning, tax planning, probate and business law. Kristen is board certified in estate planning and probate law and was selected as a 2022 Top Women Attorney by Super Lawyers. Partner Stephanie Schwab represents the firm’s clients in real estate, secured transactions, finance, oil and gas and general business matters. Stephanie is a board member of Historic Waco Foundation. Associate Attorney Sune Agbuke practices in family law and litigation. She is a Baylor Law School graduate, who represented Baylor in the women’s basketball team. Associate Attorney Allison Luckey focuses her practice in civil litigation. She is a graduate of Baylor Law School. Associate Attorney Claire Harbert practices in construction law and insurance litigation. She served as general counsel for a construction company prior to joining Naman Howell. All these women enjoy assisting Wacoans with managing their legal affairs and are honored to serve with the firm.
