First opened in 2019 by Chef Juanita Barrientos and Toby Tull and reopened in the fall of 2021 after a devastating fire, Harvest remains a staple of the food scene in Waco as result of the people that have become friends and family of the local eatery. 2023 brings new change for Harvest on 25th as it welcomes Josh Hale as its new owner and operator. Located in the Castle Heights district, Harvest on 25th is known for high-quality, local ingredients prepared to be delicious and nutritious.
With a long history of restaurant ownership and management, Josh fell in love with the atmosphere and food style at Harvest on 25th. Josh’s desire to create a safe space for folks to feel at home while enjoying the best food possible brought him to Harvest’s door.
