Gregg Glime, SIOR, CCIM, graduated from Baylor University, where he played baseball and studied real estate. He has had the pleasure of representing many local, institutional and national clients throughout Central Texas in all facets of commercial real estate for the past ten years. Gregg received the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2020 to add to his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Coldwell Banker Commercial has nearly 2,500 commercial realtors and over 150 companies in 40 countries across the world. This year Gregg was recognized as a Top 10 Producer within the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization, the Top Producer locally, and as a Texas top broker by CRE Connect.
