World Hunger Relief presents Farm Camp 2017, a week full of fun and learning! Children will enjoy a variety of activities on the farm that include lessons, games, cooking, bugs and more. The Farm invites children to learn about how to grow food, how animals help our communities, the importance of composting and much more. WHRI is offering two weeks of half-day Farm Camp for children ages 4 ½ to completion of seventh grade. June 19–23 is Farm Fresh Pizza Week and July 10–14 is Creepy Crawlers and Bugs Week. Camps are Monday–Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (late pickup at 1 p.m.) and Friday 8–11 a.m. with an end-of-week presentation. The cost of these camps is $140 each with a 12 p.m. pick-up.
