Celebrating 35 Years
Located in Waco’s historic 1906 bottling building, the Dr Pepper Museum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing the story of the soft drink industry, the legacy of Dr Pepper and the history of Waco. Since opening in 1991, the Museum has welcomed more than 3.3 million visitors from around the world to experience award-winning exhibits, the popular Make-A-Soda experience and an inside look at one of America’s most iconic brands.
The Museum will celebrate 35 years as a nonprofit on May 11, 2026. To mark the milestone, the Museum will unveil the World’s Largest Dr Pepper Bottle on May 9. Standing 23 feet tall, the custom fiberglass bottle will serve as a permanent courtyard exhibit and a new photo opportunity for guests.
Through school tours, educational programming and community events, the Dr Pepper Museum continues to educate, inspire and entertain visitors of all ages.
