Deerwood Women’s Health and Wellness

Lacy Coker Kessler MD; Hayley Voige, DO; Kim Austin, FNP-C

Deerwood Women’s Health & Wellness is made up of three young women providers who strive to meet the needs of women in Central Texas. Dr. Kessler opened her OBGYN practice in 2012 and has since grown and rebranded to include Dr. Hayley Voige, Kim Austin NP, and a variety of new services. Obstetrics and gynecology make up the heart of this practice, and these three providers enjoy caring for women of all ages. They strive to maintain up to date knowledge in their field, and both physicians are board certified. They are dedicated to providing a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment to enhance your clinical experience. Being intimately familiar with the time constraints of busy working women they have made every effort to support today’s busy lifestyle by offering early morning appointments prior to 8 a.m., on site ultrasound, on site laboratory services and in office procedures. They are proud to be affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Campus, and it is here that they utilize labor and delivery services as well as preform operative procedures. Over the past several years in women’s health, these providers began to recognize additional needs of their patients that were brought up time and time again. Many women following child birth are concerned regarding changes in their body such as stretch marks, or pelvic floor dysfunction. Many times, women are concerned about the scars they may incur with an upcoming surgery. Women with hormonal imbalances may suffer from excess hair growth, acne or even hair loss. Over the past year these providers have trained in a variety of aesthetic procedures to offer their patients to address these issues as well as a myriad of other concerns. It is the goal of these three providers to create all-encompassing care for women in a comfortable and friendly environment.
