Christian Women’s Job Corps

Help Create a Better World for Women and Families in Waco

Christian Women’s Job Corps of McLennan County (CWJC) fosters spiritual, personal and professional growth enabling women to change families and community. The women who attend CWJC learn to handle stress, communicate more effectively and understand the importance of commitment and promptness. All of these new skills make them valuable to future employers. Ladies who have completed their GED at CWJC are attending MCC and TSTC. CWJC graduates are working throughout the community: American Income Life, Aramark, Baylor, Bernina Quilt & Sew, Caritas, Connally ISD, Cougar Paws, EMSI, Headstart, Home Instead, Mardel’s, Moody Water Dept., R&M Services (owner), VA Hospital, Waco Mortuary, Walgreen’s, West Tree of Life and Woofgang Bakery (groomer pictured above). The number of CWJC women who are employed grows as more individuals, businesses, and churches get involved. Let them help you by providing qualified women to work in your business, to volunteer in your organization, and to be a part of your church. Your involvement and financial support will make a lasting impact in McLennan County.
