Inspiring Orphan Care
At the heart of Inspiring Orphan Care is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the security of a loving family. Laura Butler and her husband, Doug, founded the national nonprofit in response to a call that became deeply personal through their own adoption experience. What began as a family’s act of obedience has grown into an organization dedicated to equipping adoptive families and advocating for children without permanent homes.
Worldwide, there are more than 160 million orphans. Inspiring Orphan Care responds through adoption scholarships, family care initiatives and community‑based outreach that equips families before and after adoption. Through both local efforts and international partnerships, the organization continues to impact lives one child and one family at a time.
