Attacking Cancer From Every Angle

For more than 100 years, the American Cancer Society has served the Central Texas community providing 24/7 patient support, grants for life-saving research, advocacy and more. In Texas alone, the American Cancer Society is funding 58 cancer research grants totaling over $37 million dollars at Baylor College of Medicine, The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University and nine other major research colleges and centers here in Texas. With the help of volunteers and generous community partners, events such as the Central Texas Cattle Baron’s Ball, Couture for a Cure Style Show, Shoot for a Cure Skeet Shoot and Lil’ Wranglers Day take place annually to raise money for the fight against cancer. Stay updated on the Central Texas Cattle Baron’s Ball, presented by Ascension Providence, online at CentralTexasCattleBaronsBall.org.
