Food trucks from across the state will gather at Heritage Square in Downtown Waco for the fourth annual Texas Food Truck Showdown from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event will include an artists’ market, food demonstrations, a petting zoo, concerts and more. Tasty Tickets cost $5 for a 4-oz signature dish. Presale tickets will be available in bundles of five at the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce starting March 12.
