The Heart of Texas Sertoma Club is proud to present the 11th Annual Kite Festival. Held at the Heart of Texas Miniature Aircraft Club airfield, this event will feature not only kite-flying but also miniature aircraft demonstrations, live music, games, a Prize Wheel, contests and a raffle.
