Get ready for a quacking good time at the Great Waco Duck Race, a family-friendly community event benefiting the Imagination Library of Waco.
Spend the afternoon enjoying food trucks, inflatables, games, arts and crafts, entertainment and plenty of duck-themed fun before 20,000 rubber ducks are released into the Brazos River for the main event at 2 p.m.
Want to join the race? Adopt a duck for just $5 and cheer on your duck as it races toward the finish line for a chance to win prizes.
All proceeds from the duck race benefit Imagination Library of Waco, an affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Funds raised stay local and help provide free, age-appropriate books each month to children ages 0–4 enrolled in the program.
