Join Cultural Arts of Waco in celebrating our city’s culture by attending Art on Elm Avenue. This annual pop-up exhibition features artists, musicians, children’s activities and craft and food vendors. The weekend begins on Friday night with a colorful preview part, “Splash on the Color!” The exhibition will be held on historic Elm Avenue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
