Through Selena’s Table, Chef Wayne Manning and his partner Spencer Perry are excited to bring Wacoans an innovative menu of world cuisine.

Influenced by Chef Wayne’s travels, Selena’s Table has an evolving menu of eclectic flavors including pulled pork and flatbread sandwiches, Brazilian cuts of meat, an Amsterdam-style salad bar, kid-friendly items like three-cheese macaroni and some organic and vegan options. “Not to scare people, but this isn’t a steak-and-potato house,” Chef Wayne said. “This is a house of flavor, spices, herbs. It’s something refreshing.” Selena’s is also a venue for local live music, poetry, photography and artwork — its vibrant murals are the creations of a local artist. Next door to The Grape, Selena’s Table invites you to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal. Selena’s Table is open for lunch seven days a week, and open for dinner Monday through Saturday.
