Happy Hour is Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy frozen house margaritas or 22 oz. draft beers — both under $3. Dine indoors or enjoy the comfortable patio — Waco’s largest outdoor dining area, complete with TVs, beautiful fountains and fans for a relaxing dining experience. Family owned and operated since 1986, Don Carlos Restaurants are based out of Houston. The Central Texas Marketplace location is the company’s first venture into Central Texas. Don Carlos is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
