Dunnam & Dunnam Law

A family representing Central Texas families for generations.

For over 90 years Dunnam & Dunnam has represented the people of Central Texas, working hard to earn the highest reputation in furnishing its clients with the counsel and legal services they need and deserve.

Founded by W.V. Dunnam in 1925, the firm continues its strong presence in Central Texas with second and third generation family members, each establishing their own high standing in our community. Today, members of the firm hold a combined nine Board Certifications from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, including areas such as Civil Trial, Family Law, Criminal Law, Probate, Estate Planning and Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

Dunnam & Dunnam has earned the highest rankings possible from the National Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers in multiple areas of practice, and members of the firm hold the highest peer review ratings possible for ethical standards and legal ability.
As one of the oldest established law firms in Central Texas, Dunnam & Dunnam has always provided a full range of legal services sufficient to handle all of its client’s legal needs. Areas of practice include Personal Injury, Civil Trial, Business Litigation and Business Formation, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Immigration, Employment Law, Transactional work and much more. But as legal issues do not always fall into neat categories, Dunnam & Dunnam’s true role is to solve their clients’ problems no matter the area.

This year marks the 9th time for Dunnam & Dunnam to be voted one of the “Best of Waco.” The firm appreciates the voters and looks forward to serving the families of Waco and Central Texas for many decades to come.
