Putting patients first has always been Dr. Pritchard’s philosophy. From a simple tooth extraction to complex maxillofacial reconstructive surgery, each patient receives the same consideration and attention. We may live in a “fast-food society,” but not at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Affiliates, P.C.! When it involves your oral health, Dr. Pritchard and his staff have the experience and technology to provide comprehensive care covering a wide spectrum of services. Other than anesthesiologists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons are the only doctors trained and qualified to safely administer in office deep sedation and/or general anesthesia. Dr. Pritchard and his staff perform a myriad of services, including the removal of teeth and tumors or lesions of the mouth, placement of dental implants, treatment for painful TMJ disorders, alleviation of breathing problems from obstructive sleep apnea, correction of jaw and facial abnormalities and grafting and/or tissue engineering to rebuild missing bone and soft tissues.
