Keith D. Horner, MD

Dr. Keith Horner is a Primary Care Physician whose specialty is taking care of families in the Waco area. Dr. Horner graduated from Southern Illinois University Medical School in Carbondale and Springfield, Illinois in 1987. He completed his residency at Waco’s Family Practice Center in 1990. Dr. Horner is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is honored to have been selected as Waco’s Best Primary Care Physician and is proud to serve as a staff physician at the Providence Family Health Clinic – Richland West Circle. The Providence Family Health Clinic – Richland West Circle specializes in Family Medicine with a special interest in Pediatric Care.
